Welcome! Please read these terms carefully. By booking lessons with Alles is taal, you agree
to the following conditions.

1. Bookings & Agreements

• Any agreement to start lessons—whether verbal, via email, or via WhatsApp—is
  binding.
• Lessons are confirmed once the student agrees to the schedule and the teacher
  confirms.
• The teacher reserves the right to adjust scheduling if necessary, but will communicate
  changes in advance.

2. Payments

• All lessons must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• No payment = no lessons.
• If the student postpones the start date, the invoice remains due as agreed.
• The teacher may suspend or cancel lessons if payment is late or repeatedly delayed.

3. Lesson Packages

• A 3-month package must be completed within three months from the original start
  date.
• Extensions are possible only after mutual agreement.
• Unused lessons after the agreed period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Lessons can be rescheduled free of charge if the student cancels at least 24 hours
  in advance.
• Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) are allowed up to 3 times per 3-
  month package.
• Additional short-notice cancellations are counted as completed lessons and will be
  charged.

5. Teacher Flexibility

• The teacher is flexible regarding planning and rescheduling.
• However, continuous postponements or repeated changes may lead to limits on
  rescheduling or suspension of lessons.
• The teacher may refuse further postponements if they interfere with scheduling or
  availability.

6. Termination of Lessons

• Lessons may be suspended or terminated if:
  o payments are repeatedly late,
  o the student continuously postpones,
  o or other terms are not respected.
• Students may end lessons at any time, but payments already made are non-
  refundable unless otherwise agreed.

7. Communication

• All communications regarding scheduling, payments, or cancellations must be done
  via email or messaging apps.
• The student is responsible for keeping contact information up to date.

8. Liability

• The teacher is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by lesson
  cancellations, rescheduling, or delayed communication.
• The student is responsible for their own progress and attendance.
