Terms & Conditions \u2013 Language Lessons<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Welcome! Please read these terms carefully. By booking lessons with Alles is taal, you agree
to the following conditions.<\/p>

1. Bookings & Agreements<\/strong><\/p>

  • Any agreement to start lessons\u2014whether verbal, via email, or via WhatsApp\u2014is
    binding.<\/li>
  • Lessons are confirmed once the student agrees to the schedule and the teacher
    confirms.<\/li>
  • The teacher reserves the right to adjust scheduling if necessary, but will communicate
    changes in advance.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Payments<\/strong><\/p>

    • All lessons must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.<\/li>
    • No payment = no lessons.<\/li>
    • If the student postpones the start date, the invoice remains due as agreed.<\/li>
    • The teacher may suspend or cancel lessons if payment is late or repeatedly delayed.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Lesson Packages<\/strong><\/p>

      • A 3-month package must be completed within three months from the original start
        date.<\/li>
      • Extensions are possible only after mutual agreement.<\/li>
      • Unused lessons after the agreed period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.<\/li><\/ul>

        4. Cancellations & Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>

        • Lessons can be rescheduled free of charge if the student cancels at least 24 hours
          in advance.<\/li>
        • Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) are allowed up to 3 times per 3-
          month package.<\/li>
        • Additional short-notice cancellations are counted as completed lessons and will be
          charged.<\/li><\/ul>

          5. Teacher Flexibility<\/strong><\/p>

          • The teacher is flexible regarding planning and rescheduling.<\/li>
          • However, continuous postponements or repeated changes may lead to limits on
            rescheduling or suspension of lessons.<\/li>
          • The teacher may refuse further postponements if they interfere with scheduling or
            availability.<\/li><\/ul>

            6. Termination of Lessons<\/strong><\/p>

            • Lessons may be suspended or terminated if:
              o payments are repeatedly late,
              o the student continuously postpones,
              o or other terms are not respected.<\/li>
            • Students may end lessons at any time, but payments already made are non-
              refundable unless otherwise agreed.<\/li><\/ul>

              7. Communication<\/strong><\/p>

              • All communications regarding scheduling, payments, or cancellations must be done
                via email or messaging apps.<\/li>
              • The student is responsible for keeping contact information up to date.<\/li><\/ul>

                8. Liability<\/strong><\/p>

                • The teacher is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by lesson
                  cancellations, rescheduling, or delayed communication.<\/li>
                • The student is responsible for their own progress and attendance.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
