One of the best ways to train your pronunciation, rhythm and confidence… is by singing.

Join us on Saturday 7 February from 14:00 – 17:00 for an uplifting, musical and practical language experience.

Whether you’re a beginner or already more advanced, you’ll leave with tools you can use every day.

Many learners struggle with Dutch pronunciation.
That’s why this event combines professional guidance, music, and a safe, joyful atmosphere where you can simply try.

✓ Pronunciation workshop by a speech therapist (logopedist)

We begin with a 45-minute interactive session where you’ll learn:

  • how to pronounce specific Dutch sounds correctly
  • why certain consonants and vowels are difficult
  • simple techniques you can use in daily conversation
  • how rhythm and melody help you memorise sounds and words

We’ll use short texts and keywords you can try out immediately.

✓ Dutch Sing Along – Learn through music

After a short break, we dive into the singing part. Together with a talented musician, we’ll work through three Dutch songs that are perfect for pronunciation practice.

You’ll:

  • learn the lyrics
  • understand their meaning
  • practise tempo, melody and clarity
  • sing together in a relaxed, supportive environment

You do not need to be a singer. You can listen, follow along, copy, try sounds everything is welcome.
